Application Process
Signing up online creates an initial account in our system under the company credentials entered.We will then follow up with you the same day or the following business day to finish the configuration of your Amos account and answer any questions you may have about general settings or how Amos works.
Over the following 30 days, we will provide full system support and product training to make sure each user takes advantage of the application. You are free to export any amount of data you have stored in our system during the trial period, however that information will be deleted upon the request to cancel your Amos subscription. Otherwise regular scheduled billing will proceed.
You may cancel your subscription at any time without any penalty if you are unsatisfied with Amos.
Billing Process
Once your initial signup has been processed, the $99 one-time installation fee will be charged and we will contact you and your company regarding the completion of Amos installation. You will not be billed for the first month as part of the free trial agreement. Billing shall begin the second month of usage and shall be billed at the beginning of every month thereafter. We are currently working to improve our online systems and will soon offer online accout viewing.
If your would like to make changes to your billing information, we ask that you contact us directly to do so. You may cancel your subscription at anytime.
Privacy
Any and all agent, product, or company information stored in our system is protected 100 percent and will in no way be distributed or shared with a 3rd party under any circumstances as defined by the Federal Cybersecurity Act of 2012.
Credit Card Information is used strictly for billing purposes only in accordance with the federal e-commerce act and is stored in 128-bit encryption security facility.
